I real breakthrough work, stunning, accomplished, well thought out and performed Alex has achieved with this work a major statement in the world of modern classical music. In my opinion he has achieved a groundbreaking study into the meeting of the Kora and western classical instruments this is essential listening.

Really refreshing to hear a genuine confluence of kora, piano, and string quartet. Although the composition doesn't really break new ground in Music, it is nonetheless a very enjoyable piece.

An absolutely wonderful composition which I keep coming back to.

I was at the very first live performance of Alex's brilliant new trio (with Frank Tontoh on drums and Davide Mantovani on double bass) at Poole Lighthouse a couple of days ago and after the concert made a point of letting Alex know (to his evident delight) how highly I rate this work.

..... this music is to be played more often and in more places! Why not go on tour with it? The seeds are spread and more souls to be inspired, on events like the MusikMesse (http://musik.messefrankfurt.com/frankfurt/en/besucher/messeprofil.html)!

Wow, this is such a beautiful meeting of soundworlds. It sends you on a unique journey. Absolutely delightful. Such collaborations add so much to the world of music, opening up new horizons and ideas.
Very much hoping to have a chance to listen to this work in London soon, too.
A great big thank you to Alex for such treats
